3. Approval and Funding

All funding requests are subject to review and approval by Fuel My Deal and its capital partners. Fuel My Deal works with third-party lenders and funding sources to facilitate transactions. As such, your deal information may be shared with these capital partners for evaluation and approval purposes. Fuel My Deal reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any deal or funding request at its sole discretion.

4. Fees and Payments

Details regarding fees, payments, and refund policies are provided separately in the service agreements or on the applicable service pages.

5. Liability

Fuel My Deal provides funding facilitation services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding the approval, timing, or outcome of any transaction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuel My Deal disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or reliance on funding.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of Fuel My Deal’s services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Modifications to Terms

Fuel My Deal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Capital Partners

Fuel My Deal collaborates with a network of capital partners who provide the funding for deals. Your submitted deal information will be shared with these partners as necessary for underwriting and approval. Each partner maintains its own approval process and criteria.
